What Are
Digital Inspections?
Digital Inspections are a new platform that is easy to use for both technicians and customers where the data of your inspection is cataloged and reported to you. Traditionally, paper was the ideal method of logging this information, but new times call for new processes and that's what digital inspections have to offer.
When you get a digital inspection, our technicians will use a smart pad to check off all of the areas they inspect and rank them to let you know whether they are in need of service or not. Then the information is sent to you! It's that simple.
Pre-Purchase Inspections
We understand that buying a new/used car comes with multiple concerns, including wondering if the car is. Mike's Mobil offers no-cost, "On the lot" inspections, including a general look-over and a test drive where we can inform you about potential issues that we see. No appointment is necessary; give us a call ahead of time, so we can ensure that a Tech is available when you arrive.
If you would like a more in-depth look, we also offer our "On the Hoist" inspection. This inspection includes what is reviewed in the "On the lot" inspection as well as a much closer inspection of the vehicle. This more comprehensive inspection includes a digital inspection as well as an inspection of the brakes, steering, suspension, fluids, and more. This inspection costs $69.95 and requires an appointment, and will leave you feeling knowledgeable about your potential.
